its a weird feeling to want to work my ass off and tell all the stories unfortunate enough to land on the business end of my gaze but feel stretched thin. 

i don't have the luxury these days to philosophize about the balance of work and life and how it should be done and how i will look back on these days on my death bed. but i do have the luxury of friends, carpooling to the shortest coast in the land and greasy dunkin donuts sandwiches. 

it will be clear soon enough that this will add up to something.
